Our Irena family aspired to grow alongside their custom home for years to come. This gave our RJS team a rare opportunity to build the perfect home from the ground up, all with our homeowners’ wants and needs in mind.

The exterior of Irena uses a combination of white stucco and a terracotta roof that emits a Mediterranean warmth.

Make your way inside where a stunning and spacious kitchen space awaits. We used the wooden beams and natural lighting to complement this room’s ambiance. Off-white custom designed and built cabinetry offers ample storage. For casual dining we implemented a large white marble central island. The pass-through window works effortlessly as an easy way to navigate food and drinks, creating a convenient hosting arrangement.

The backyard landscape had enough generous space that allowed us to build a patio, perfect for indoor/outdoor living and entertainment and a one of a kind garden that grows vegetables our homeowners all year long.
