Introducing our newly completed custom built and designed Beautiful Beach Home. "History repeats itself" is an overused cliche, except when the expression is the perfect way to describe an unusual circumstance... this being one of those times

RJ Smith took a trip back into the past when this project came along. You see, RJ Smith was the home builder that completed the prior homeonwner's vision in 2009. That's right! We guess history really does repeat itself. The home owner loved what our team represented and trusted RJS once again.

Our client, alongside the talented LaneyLA team, envisioned a home that would take full advantage of the surrounding elements. Natural lighting, the South Bay beach air, and unlimited sunsets are welcome throughout every level.
