California Casual Meets Cotswold Cottage

Our 6th street home is best described as: a bit of a California casual meets England cottage.

Minimal does not mean you have to risk losing any bit of beauty, take our dining room as the perfect example. Ashley Ausland did a great job fusing the elements used throughout the first floor, such as the brick wall, custom arched steel window, and groove ceilings.

One of our personal favorite spots throughout this entire home is the pool-side bathroom. Every inch of this space is crafted to work perfectly once built together.

From the checker flooring to the two-toned stucco walls, it's the riskiest combinations that always have the biggest payout.
