Our homeowners' ideas revolved around making sure that future guests and growing kids felt a comfortability that would only continue to grow over time.

This home was based right off of the Manhattan beach tree section. It was close to the coast but also far enough to enjoy the surrounding tree-like elements, producing the best of both worlds.

Alongside Lindye Galloway we were able to build a home that welcomes relaxing weekends indoors and future outdoor BBQ's / family filled celebrations, producing the best of both worlds.

From the temperature-controlled wine cellar ready to conserve up to 3,000 individual wine bottles to the indoor/outdoor flow that allows poolside guests easily to retreat indoors if necessary, this coastal home will leave a lasting impression.
