This home came to us as a total rebuild, the idea prior to beginning our build was having an exotic resort style home that you can call home all year long.

Our team maximized this property's 4,500 square foot lot by including a rooftop view of both Palo Verdes and Malibu and an outdoor swimming pool/spa with surrounding fountains. We also included a custom built vestibule that is framed with a Moorish arc that separates the master suite from the rest of the home. A home that is not only easy and comfortable to live in but also providing the homeowner the feeling of being on vacation everyday.
